The Kids

As well as child friendly music & routines, our unique kids sessions incorporate games & activities. Providing an exciting new way to get even the most inactive children involved. Our KTroo Clubs offer parents & guardians an invaluable service before, during & after school, as well as during holiday periods (ages 6+). Exercise can help children feel happier, more confident & is proven to have positive impacts on behaviour, concentration, learning & self esteem. Laughter also plays a huge & understated role in health & wellbeing, so no matter the type of KTroo session or event, we make sure everyone gets smiling & laughing.
